Apple keluar iPhone 4 lebih murah



PEMBEKAL Apple Inc bagi pasaran Asia akan mula mengeluarkan versi yang jauh lebih murah bagi telefon pintar terlaris, iPhone 4 dengan menggunakan pemacu 8.0 gigabait (GB) lebih kecil, demikian menurut dua individu yang mempunyai pengetahuan terhadap perkara itu.


Pemacu bagi iPhone 4 dengan kapasiti 8.0 GB kini dikeluarkan oleh sebuah syarikat Korea, katanya semalam tanpa menamakan syarikat berkenaan.

Apple kini menyumberkan pemacu bagi telefon pintar itu kepada syarikat Jepun, Toshiba dan firma Korea, Samsung Electronics. Sumber itu enggan dikenali kerana maklumat mengenainya tidak boleh didedahkan kepada umum.

Apple, yang mahukan tahap kerahsiaan dan keselamatan yang tinggi daripada pembekal serta pekerjanya enggan memberi komen. Samsung turut enggan memberi komen mengenai perkara itu.
Telefon pintar iPhone sedia ada dilancarkan pada Jun tahun lalu dengan versi 16 GB dan 32 BG, manakala versi berwarna putih diperkenalkan April lalu. Versi 8.0 GB dijangka dilancarkan beberapa minggu lagi, kata sumber itu. “Apple mahu meningkatkan kehadirannya di segmen pasaran sedang muncul yang mana pengguna mahu beralih kepada telefon pintar daripada telefon berciri tinggi yang biasanya berharga antara AS$150 hingga AS$200,” kata penganalisis Yuanta Securities, Bonnie Chang. – REUTERS

Prasarana urus projek MRT hingga MRT Co ditubuhkan

SYARIKAT Prasarana Negara Bhd (Prasarana) akan terus menguruskan semua isu berkaitan projek My Rapid Transit (MRT) sehingga MRT Co ditubuhkan.

Pengarah Urusan Kumpulan, Shahril Mokhtar berkata, Prasarana akan bekerjasama dengan kerajaan dan Unit Pengurusan Prestasi dan Pelaksanaan (Pemandu) bagi memastikan semua kerja berjalan lancar dan mengikut jadual.


“Semua kerja berkaitan pembinaan projek MRT perlu diteruskan. Kami perlu melaksanakan kerja dan program yang sudah diputuskan sebelum menyerahkan secara rasmi projek ini kepada MRT Co yang baru,” katanya dalam kenyataan yang dikeluarkan di Kuala Lumpur.

Beliau berkata, beberapa perkara berkaitan pemerolehan dan taklimat sudah dilaksanakan manakala satu lagi taklimat diadakan dengan pemilik hartanah di Jalan Bukit Bintang mengenai isu pengambilalihan tanah, semalam.

Hari nii aku nak syer ngan korang pasal strategi Hj A.. macam mana Hj A berjaya tukar masalah tak dee jiran.. tinggal sorang-sorang.. kepada wang

Alkisah ceritanya macam nii.. 5 tahun lepas Hj A ada beli sebidang tanah kampung kat Bangi.. tanah tuu 1.5 ekar.. tanah nii lengkap ngan semua kemudahan.. letrik ada.. jalan ada.. telefon & air pun ada.. tapi masalah dia.. tanah Hj A nii ngan rumah jiran agak jauh.. 50m sebijik rumah.. 100m sebijik rumah.. sunyi beb

Kira kalo sapa-sapa yang biasa dok kat bandar.. dok rumah teres.. dok condo.. tapi bila pencen-pencen dok kampong.. ngan jarak rumah yang macam nii.. kira takut beb.. bila jiran jauh nii.. korang paham-paham laa.. macam-macam bole berlaku

Yang bestnya.. tanah 1.5 ekar milik Hj A tadi.. dia pagar cantik-cantik.. lanskap pun menarik.. rumput pendek.. kemas jee kekawan.. kira kalo tengok tanah tuu.. nampak macam 1 lot besar.. macam gated laa.. tapi sebenarnya tanah tuu dah pun pecah kepada 6 plot

Bila dah ada geran individu nii.. apa yang Hj A buat ialah.. dia selalu buat kenduri.. jemput jiran-jiran.. jemput sedara mara datang makan kat rumah dia..

Pada waktu yang sama.. kat tanah dia tadi.. dia letak signboard-signboard kecik.. tanah untuk dijual.. Plot 1 sampai plot 5..

Bila jiran-jiran dan sedara mara datang.. semua bertanya.. pasal tanah tuu.. ayoo kekawan.. 2 kali kenduri jee kekawan.. sold out semua tanah dia tuu..

Yang tinggal tapak rumah Hj A jee lagi.. yang lain semua habis terjual.. happy gila Hj A.. dia buat untung lebih RM750,000 kekawan

Kalo dulu.. potong rumput.. bersih halaman.. Hj A kena buat sendiri.. tapi sekarang nii tak lagi kekawan.. Hj A dah mampu upah pekerja untuk buat semua tuu..
