Saya nak kongsikan kenapa " Otai Property cakap (Robert Kyosaki ) Jangan Beli Rumah!
".
Apa tujuan anda beli rumah? untuk duduk sendiri atau invest?
Kalau untuk tujuan sendiri, rumah akan jadi liabiliti kepada anda (Bad debt), dalam bahasa melayu yang mudah "bayar ansuran rumah, keluar duit poket sendiri la".
Kalau untuk invest, rumah tu akan jadi aset kepada anda (Good Debt), dalam bahasa melayu yang mudah "bayar ansuran rumah, orang bayarkan + untung (duit masuk poket u)"
Biasanya investor atau big business owner dia orang akan pikir macam mana dia nak beli something (contoh rumah, kereta, dll) guna duit orang dahulu sebelum beli barang tu.
Ini pendapat saya sahaja, bukan tunjuk pandai...hanya berkongsi. kalau salah, saya suka terima teguran.

into their pockets, not take money out of them. People with the investor and
big business owner mindset know the difference between good debt and
bad debt.
